HST was created with the commitment to only train hockey players. We are passionate about the sport and dedicated to its players.

We define a great hockey player as a player who is the best they can be; and we train hockey players to be just that. We at HST will provide the best environment in which our players can succeed and strive, our training methods and the science behind it is second to none.

We only ask a full commitment from the players for our program, their potential will be determined by their hard work and passion to learn. Thus, giving them all the tools to succeed on a personal and athletic level making it easier to attain their goal.
