Due to the high number of returning players each year there will be limited space available so don't wait to sign up.
Training Sessions will be held at Complex Sportif St-Raphael in Ile Bizard and at Evolution Ice in Dorval.
HST has been training high level hockey players on and off the ice since 2004 and the results have been amazing. HST currently has players who have attended their programs playing in the following organizations: (Prep School Hockey, Junior Hockey, College Hockey and Professional Hockey). HST also plays a huge part in developing players in our local minor hockey associations. HST currently runs the hockey development programs for four local minor hockey associations. Shawn Anderson (HST President) is currently the head coach of the Hawkesbury Hawks of Ontario's CJHL (Central Junior Hockey League), which is highly scouted by US Colleges, Major Junior and the NHL. HST's reputation continues to grow throughout the hockey industry in all areas of player development and has always delivered what it promised - (results).
HST Elite Summer Training Program will give each player a full in-depth training program to prepare them for the upcoming season. HST program focuses are on ice and off ice training. The on ice program will focus on the four main areas of hockey (Skills, Individual Tactic, Team Tactic and Systems), which other programs don't offer. Each player will understand their positional responsibility within these areas so that they will have success come tryouts. Our programs extend beyond the regular one and two-week camps so that we can take the necessary time to teach the players everything they need to know. The off ice program HST provides is unique to the fact that it trains players in groups but also focuses on the specific needs of each player individually. HST off ice training will make sure that each player is trained effectively so that they are ready for the rigorous demands of being a high-level hockey player. HST off ice Trainer "Ozzie" has worked with all levels of hockey players including Minor Hockey, Midget AAA, Junior Hockey, College and Prep School Hockey and Professional Hockey (NHL, AHL, IHL, and European Hockey). Ozzie is one of the most knowledgeable Hockey Strength Coaches in the hockey industry today.
