Novice-Atom-Peewee
Hockey Specific Training is now offering its spring training program at Complex Sportif Saint Lazare Arena.
HST has trained over 3000 players over the past 5 years and the results have been amazing. Year after year HST continues to help its players achieve great success in
their winter hockey. Many HST players today are now playing peewee and bantam AA, Midget Espoir, Midget AAA, Div. 1 Prep School Hockey, Quebec Major Junior Hockey and Division 1 University. HST provides the right training for the level being trained.
The ice sessions will consist of detailed training in Skating, Stick Handling, Passing and Shooting. The sessions will be every Friday for eight weeks.
There will be limited space available so don't wait to sign up.
