AAA Spring Hockey Teams:
HST has provided hockey development to over 5000 players for the past seven years on multiple levels. HST has helped elite players achieve their goals of making it to the next level. HST currently has clients playing in Peewee AA, Bantam AA, Midget Espoir, Midget AAA, Prep School Hockey, Junior (AAA and CJHL), Major Junior, College and Professional Hockey.
HST believes that in order to stay competitive you need to maintain your training all year round and spring hockey is part of this new philosophy. In the past this may not have been the approach, but times have changed and players from all over the world are working towards that magic number of 10000 hours of training to become an elite hockey player. In today's game the competition of advancing up the ranks is fierce and not getting the proper training during these 10 weeks could affect your chances of advancing and leave you behind. HST will provide you with that solid training so you don't get left behind.

What do you get?
HST will provide its teams with the most in-depth training and playing environment available in spring hockey today. Each team will receive a minimum of 20 hours of on ice training from one of HST's professional trainers who will work with the coach to develop a solid game plan. Each team will also receive an off ice program to follow to help support their on ice play. Each team will play in a minimum of
three local tournament. Additional tournaments can be arranged. Each team will receive game jerseys and socks.
Where is HST Spring Hockey?
HST is now operating out of Evolution Ice in Dorval and in St-Lazare.
What are the costs?
The cost of playing for HST will be based on the type of program each team decides to have. The cost of a standard program is between $500 and $800 per player/goalie.

How does it work?
HST will host a 2 session tryout for each level to finalize the team roster. Location, dates and times will be posted on our website soon. HST is looking for double letter and Novice A level players only for these teams. Register Online
Fill out the registration online and submit your payment to secure your place. HST will pick only 4 goalies, 8 defensemen and 12 forward for each team tryout. The fee for the tryout will be $60.00. This will include 3 hours of ice and a jersey. The tryouts will consist of 45 minutes of practice and 45 minutes of game play. After the tryouts players will be notified within 48 hours if they have been selected. Each player selected will sign a commitment contract to play for HST this spring.
