Hockey Specific Training is offering a specialized two-week training camp for hockey players attending Prep Schools. Many players who play Prep School Hockey are unable to find a quality group to train with because many players from this region have already left town to play with their respective teams in Major Junior and Junior AAA.

HST is offering a full in-depth training program that will include on and off ice training. Players will train every Monday to Friday 3 hours each day for two consecutive weeks. The training will take place at the Complex Sportif St-Raphael in Ile Bizard. We will provide each player with training to get them ready for their school hockey season. Most players attending Prep School will not start their ice session until late November and this is where HST will get you started on a specific program to complement your situation.
